IG Lintels supplied the steel lintels and special brickwork support systems to the North East’s largest construction project at St. James Gate, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. This multi-purpose development comprised of a 274 bedroom hotel, 150,000 sq. ft. office complex, 12,000 sq. ft. of leisure use, 80 apartments, subterranean car parking spaces and 635 space multi-storey car park.
